由于新冠状病毒爆发的影响，根据劳动局公告通知雇主及雇员参保人社会保险金缴纳比例下调的规定及条件如下 ：

按第 33 条规定自2020年9月至11月下调雇主和参保人的社会保险金缴纳比例，

雇主缴纳比例为自参保人劳务所得2% 的社会保险金， 参保人则根据第33条规定缴纳劳务所得2% 的社会保险金
